Shipping

Shipping charges are $3.00 per gift card. Items are shipped via United States Postal Service; therefore your gift card/product shall be received within 3-10 business days depending on your location.

Return Policy

Eneida Vann Salon Spa does not accept returns on gift card purchases. Gift cards cannot be returned for cash.  If the client would like to use the gift card for another service than the one purchased, they are allowed to use the card for its value.

Expiration

Gift cards do not expire. It is prohibited by law in the state of Rhode Island. The card will always be worth the value paid for it. 

Lost or Stolen Cards

Eneida Vann Salon Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of checkout. The card must physically be in hand in order for it to be scanned into our system.
