We recommend you schedule spa packages 4 weeks in advance.

Age Requirements
Clients 13 years of age or older are welcome in the Spa area.
No children are to be left unattended while parents are receiving servicers in the Salon or Spa.

Cancellation Policy
For everyone's convenience a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations.
48 hours notice is required for any Spa Package or multiple services.
Lack of notification will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the service(s) reserved.
All "No Shows" are charged the full value of the service(s) reserved.

Facilities
Please refrain from bringing jewelry or other valuables into the Spa.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
In consideration of all our guests, cell phones are not permitted in the spa.

Referrals are important to us.
Refer a friend or family member to receive 25% off on your next visit!

Gift Cards
Gift Cards make an ideal year round gift for any occasion.
Gift Cards may be purchased for any dollar amount, service or package.

Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards and Personal Checks.
There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

Gratuities
At your discretion our service personnel graciously accept gratuities.
If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk when checking out.
The industry average ranges from 15% to 20% of the service fee.
